I don't wish to be a Cinematographer one will recognize from a movie to the next. I wish to be able to make images that belong to each film.
Each story has its one style, its techniques. From the lightest HD to 4K or the heaviest 35mm Cinemascope, I love them all. Playing with them like some can play with words or with music is just what I love doing.
Over the years, I had the chance to work on documentaries, commercials (Coca Cola, Mac Donalds, Onfone…), music videos and feature films that were selected in international festivals (Venise, Sundance, Tribeca, FIPA, Doc fest, Full Frame, Chicago, Banff…) and received more than 40 awards. Many of those films have had theater release and were broadcasted on the main international networks (Netflix, National Geographic, Arte, France TV, Arte, Canal+, SBS, DR, BBC...).
As comfortable into the wildest places on earth than in studio doing special effects or Virtual Reality capture, I've had the chance to learn many shooting techniques that I love mixing on the projects I join (steadycam, 3D Gimbals, underwater, drone, crane...).
I am fully equipped with two of the best cameras on the market the Sony CineAlta F5 (4K up to 240im/s and 16 bit RAW) and Sony Fx9 (Full Frame, dual Iso, 4k up to 120im/s and Raw output), a Leica Prime serial, a Fujinon cinema zoom, a set of Canon zooms, a 3D gimbal, a Sony A7III, wireless video and focus kits,lots of lighting equipment (HMIs, LEDs, Kinoflos…).
